Real terms, written so you can actually read them. The short version is up top. The formal data details are in their own section near the bottom.
tropicaptcha forms lets you build a form, share it, and collect responses. Your responses belong to you and show up in your dashboard. tropicaptcha powers the form and its built-in human-verification step, and as part of that we process the form's submissions. The details of what that means, and what we may do with submitted data, are spelled out plainly in the Data section below.
A few simple guidelines that keep this nice for everyone:
The responses your form collects are yours to view, export, and use for your own purposes. We give you a dashboard to see them. You can delete a form and its responses from your account.
Every form includes a built-in tropicaptcha human-verification step before submit. This helps keep bots and spam out of your responses. It is part of what makes tropicaptcha forms work.
This is an evolving product. Features may change, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change to how data is handled, we will make a reasonable effort to make that change visible. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
tropicaptcha stores form responses so that you, the form owner, can access and use them. tropicaptcha does not use your respondents' contact information (such as their names, email addresses, or phone numbers) for its own purposes, and does not mine, sell, or repurpose that contact information; it is held only to provide the service to you. tropicaptcha does use non-identifying operational and verification signals (such as the preference selection from the verification step and general, aggregate usage information) to operate, secure, and improve the service. Where required by applicable law, we handle data accordingly.
When someone submits one of your forms, we process the information they entered (which may include their name, email address, phone number, and any other fields you added), along with technical and verification signals from the tropicaptcha step (such as the preference selection, timing, and general device and locale information). Form owners are identified by the email address they sign in with.
You, the form owner, receive the responses to your form and may use them for the purpose you collected them. You are the party who decides why the data is collected, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully, including honoring any requests your respondents make about their own data.
When you compose a message using tropicaptcha's premium wrapper, you send it from your own email account; tropicaptcha does not store the content of the messages you send. Any links you add are routed through a tropicaptcha verification step before forwarding to their destination, which is the only part of the message tropicaptcha is involved in once it leaves your hands.
We may use service providers (for example, hosting and email delivery) to run the product, and we may disclose data where required by law.
If you are a form owner, you can delete your forms and their responses from your account. If you are someone who filled out a form and want your information addressed, contact the form's owner, and you may also reach us at the address below.
